Its governing distinction is that codification precedes validation. [P]

Formal codification is not validation. The architecture's coherence as a proposition, and the historical practice from which it was drawn, are not empirical evidence that it produces the benefits it aims at (§16). [P]

On this scale, TFM is architecturally defined, partly operational, and not empirically validated. [P]

The paper states how it was audited during preparation and how that differs from external review.

The AI-assisted audits are not independent scholarly review. Review by a different AI system is distinct from review by independent human scholars. [P] Human external review, if and when it occurs, is reported separately from the AI-assisted audits. [P]

The agenda also includes external critique: independent scholarly review of the paper's historical, conceptual, and comparative claims, and of the candidate contribution.

The work that follows is a path of codification, critique, operationalization, and research:

• external scholarly critique of the paper's historical, conceptual, and comparative claims;

• completion of the provenance record;

• operationalization of the method's constructs;

• assessment of fidelity and competence;

• development of the ethics, safety, safeguarding, and governance standards identified in §16;

• empirical study appropriate to TFM's nonclinical scope.

Publication completes none of these tasks. A method committed to responsive stewardship should itself remain responsive to evidence. [P]
