Appendix A — Historical Evidence and Provenance Record
A.1 Purpose, scope, and evidentiary standard
This appendix records the evidence for the historical statements in this paper: statements marked [H-D], [H-T], or [H-U] (§3, Claim-Marker Convention). It identifies the sources relied on, where in each source the evidence is found, what was verified and by whom, and the limitations that apply. The codification history of the constructs formalized in 2026 is recorded separately in Appendix B. [P]
Status. The record reflects the closed evidence stage (September 19, 2026). Unless stated otherwise, the human checker for every entry is Amir Khalighi. [H-D]
Evidentiary standard. A documented statement is freeze-verified when its evidence entry identifies the source and its date, gives the precise location in the source (page, clause, or timestamp), records either a short verbatim excerpt or, for an audiovisual source reviewed directly by the named checker, the specific proposition verified, and names the checker and the date of checking. A manuscript statement may not exceed the proposition verified. [P]

Statements marked [H-U] rest on undated curriculum material (AE-35). They establish only that a teaching existed before the 2026 codification. [P]
The closure totals above refer to the 155 statements examined during the E1 evidence-resolution process. The publication register in A.8 contains 156 rows because its rows are organizational units rather than a recount of the E1 closure population. In particular, statements Nos. 86 and 152 are disaggregated into lettered component rows so that claims with different evidentiary bases and markers remain distinct, and three statements subsequently added under FC-4 are also recorded. The difference in totals therefore reflects the structure and subsequent completion of the publication register, not a change to the E1 closure totals. [P]

A.8 Register of historical statements
The register lists each historical statement examined, other than the four reclassified as propositions and the two withdrawn, together with the three statements supported by FC-4. The statement column gives the current manuscript wording, which was conformed to its evidence during the evidence stage; where a statement is a table cell or list item, the cell or item is given. Calendar evidence establishes scheduling only, not attendance or occurrence. Continuity of the program names FTP, EMFT and TFTP rests on FC-1.

The version dates of the Principles & Foundations recording rest on reported version metadata (B1). Its April 2022 original version could not be accessed, and no statement depends on that version.

2026 codification records establish formalization only. They do not establish a first proposer (AE-30) and do not place the 2026 architecture in pre-2026 history. The codification history of each construct is recorded in Appendix B.
