Appendix B — Codification Log
B.0 Purpose and governing notes
This appendix records how the contemporary formal architecture of TFM received its present expression during the 2026 codification, and where the surviving record stops. It is a provenance instrument, not an account of invention. [P]
GN-1 (first proposer). The 2026 codification was an AI-assisted analytical process conducted with Khalighi, in which formulations were iteratively proposed, challenged, revised, accepted, rejected, or modified (§3). The surviving codification record does not permit reliable reconstruction of the first proposer of any formulation, term, model, distinction, sequence, or wording listed in B.2 and B.3. Every such entry is therefore recorded as "not reconstructable". No entry attributes a formulation to Khalighi, to an AI tool, or to both jointly. [H-D] (AE-30)
GN-2 (AI tools, versions, chronology). The retained record does not preserve a sufficiently complete account of the AI tools' model versions and dates of use to report them reliably (§3). This appendix states no model, version, session date, or proposal chronology. The only dates given are those printed on the retained documents themselves. [P]
GN-3 (adoption). Khalighi attests that during the 2026 codification he reviewed the present TFM architecture and the constructs formalized through that process and adopted them, including the frozen V0.2 three-layer architecture as amended (FC-2 [H-T], 2026-09-19). Where a retained document records a frozen or approved status, that status is also given; none of those documents names the approver. No construct-specific adoption date is recorded. GN-4 (version sequence). The paper versions are Draft 1 → V0.1 → V0.2. The Architecture Freeze v1.0 describes the Foundational Paper as "forthcoming", placing it before V0.1. The relative order of Draft 1 and the Architecture Freeze v1.0 is not established by their contents. "First appearance" means the earliest retained codification record examined in which the construct appears. It does not mean its first occurrence in any conversation or unretained draft. [P]
GN-5 (no backward projection). A 2026 formulation that formalizes earlier teaching does not establish that the formulation existed earlier. Pre-2026 teaching is recorded only in Appendix A and §4, with its own evidence status. [P]
GN-6 (authorship). Khalighi developed and taught the underlying facilitation methodology before 2026 (§§3–4). AI-assisted analysis was used in 2026 to examine, differentiate, organize, name, and formalize structures developed from that teaching. AI functioned as a tool, not an author. Khalighi reviewed and adopted the contemporary architecture (FC-2) and retains responsibility for the paper's propositions. [P]
